Sometimes that movement begins in a ballet studio. Sometimes it starts with a career change, a difficult conversation, or the courage to try something new. No matter where it begins, growth starts when we're willing to move.

Dance has always been home for me. As a teacher, choreographer, and lifelong student, I've seen how movement builds confidence, resilience, creativity, and connection. Those lessons have shaped not only how I teach, but how I lead, solve problems, and show up for the people around me.

By day, I lead teams and client partnerships in the experiential marketing industry. It's a career that has taught me as much about people as it has about business—that extraordinary work is built on trust, curiosity, collaboration, and the willingness to keep learning.
